I cant sleep last night man.. roll here n there till 5 plus then managed to doze off.. so stupid dunno how come liddat.. once i closed my eyes i cant stop my brain from thinking of stuffs that i dun usually thought of during the day.. stupid rite..

Also Stupid sore throat.. i hate getting sore throats.. cuz it will always 100% guarantee chop plus stamp plus fingerprint plus toeprint that it will generate into something else.. The most common evolution is flu.. sinus infection.. always.. which follows by headache/numbness in the head, then if condition worsen become fever and bodily aches.. argh.. damn it.. Well thats y i hate sore throats..

Heard from the GOlden Times tv program (huang jin nian hua) got this chinese physician say that sore throat actually is the first signal of low immunity in the body.. usually caused by heatiness in the things we eat like fried food which will bring down the immune system in the body, giving the opportunity of the "always-presence" germs to attack the body. (think of it i had been constantly eating fried food before i had sore throat.. guess tt's y). Can drink barley, watermelon juice, chestnut, etc, instead of those cooling herbal tea for those who cant take cooling stuff..(he said those r dignose wif wei xu..) Also he said that 9 out of 10 sg'reans have Wei Xu.. smthg like illness in the tummy n digestive system.. this is due to the climate we are living in.. Well he suggest to (lemme think... ah..) to take those herbal peppery soup wif pig's intestine or totters.. (yummy sia.. i like.. haha!) then he also mentioned abt a quick and effective way of curing diarhheor and vommiting.. smthg like go to the chinese medical shop and ask for a herb.. forgot the name.. hah! Oh one more thing.. quite important to me.. those who get bloated-ness, can drink ginger water.. crushed a ginger put into water n boil plus some black rock suger.. hah..

Why i blog these.. well bor liao lor.. hahaa its a wonder how my memory works can remember all these stuff.. saw em ytd on tv when i am resting at home wif my grandpa.. Went see doc today cuz my nose is feeling blocked n uncomfortable and head still heavy heavy liddat.. taken 2-3 days of panadol already n buay tahan liao so go see doc. the doc juz say throat slightly red, then i probe further regrading my nose then he say plus signus infection.. wth.. nvm la since dun need to pay anything, i'll bear wif it. lolx!! Didnt give me anti-bodies, well guess nt tt serious ba..

Hope the weather stays cool sia.. so hot.. ytd went up to 34.6 degrees le.. u ppl know? No wonder its like oven at my place.. keke... K la nap time to replenish my lack of sleep ytd.. stop here liao.. needa rest.. medicine making me drossyyy... =O*yawnz*..
