Looks like alot of my frens encounter nasty and cmi and stupid managers before and caused them to tender their job... omg how come they can become managers man... Get so high pay do nthg liddat! Speaking of high pay~~ KAOZ... today's straits time first page is such a turn off... if u all know on the MINISTER"S PAY RISE... its the report on the first page.. i see liao 反胃！That stupid SM Lee still can say the 3 big countries govt(sweden denmark and nz(ist?)) is MEDIOCRE!!! I am praying very hard that they will openly 吐 SM Lee for apologies!!! I dun mind war time man~ Can someone revolt against them??? Simply Disgusting...

Ok back to office scribblings~~ I think i will get a warning letter from boss (IF HE is monitoring me lah...) for excessive indulgence in personal stuff during work! LOLX!!!! But really bery bored to do office things...

You know, if you buay tahan someone... then that someone wif extremely low EQ and dunno it... its really very pek che and jia lak de lor!... This research manager, lets call him tb, is one such low EQ guy who thinks he has very high score in it...

(let me divert abeet.. u know how come i call him tb? cuz his name is bing... then u say very fast sounds like mr bean when he say his name:"Beaann"... so i call him the bean.. then evolved to TB cuz TB=tum bai also, which means Stupid/Silly"... ok lets get back to topic... kekee)

Below is a conversation that i joined up let you see wat happen...

TB says the client confirm on canceling the project
so he wan to return the brochures that is related back to them
then he said he going down tml to sign termination letter with them
so he wan them to have the things b/4 he go down tml (which I find it damn weird lah~~ he cannot bring it down himself meh since he is supposed to go down rite??)
why waste money to COURIER it down rite??
But he insisted to send it down so nvm i find which courier company cheapest for him but i missed the cut off courier timing so i told him if wan them to deliever by today can only use their express service which is a little more ex~~ same goes for the various other coys that I looked.

then tb say dun wan la ex
its like the normal rate we pay btw 6-9
but the express one i can get for him is 10-12
more by abet only but he say Ex!! (Duhz.. ppl wanna earn money also de ma u think anyhow suka suka ask ppl send for u but u pay them “peanuts” can meh~~~. Siaonz!!) so i say u bring down urself tml la
then tb actually “TEH” me LOR!!
TB Say:” i dun wan to carry it down with me~~~.”

(But its ONE bag only leh!!! I give it like 1kg plus abet only lor and he is a GUY~~!!!!~~~~OMG!!)

then after that he whole morning pace ard the office, up and down my area
look out of the window
then keep asking me how lor!
Wa lao~~VERY CMI!

then machaim Garry(security's sales guy) who is sitting behind me saw the whole thing & abeet bu shuang, so he help me find some other courier services then i call down liao he complain this n that again so i throw Garry that “dirty look” and he say in msn to me "wa lao he(tb) so ma fan ask him settle it himself la!! ...so kuku one...!!"

if he dun wan carry it down himself then he shud just pay abeet more "ASK" someone deliver la but then he wan save money, so the best choice is of cuz to bring it down himself rite? Then he say wat dunno if boss will 在意the money spent on courier anot also... really omg... If he got think until so much then why in the first place wan me to courier it over? and imagine this... the client decides to cancel it on THURSDAY! and he need so long to think...

thr out the whole incident, boss is in lor~~ and he liddat... i dunno wat he is up to! really wanna faint~~ Also one point is that he keeps thinking that it's nobody's fault that the project gotten cancel.. he say its some misunderstanding or miscommunication between "us" and the client, but HEY~~ who is the "us" man.. its only him leh! That time i spoke to boss, he say he let him handle n knows nothing from the start de. Say wat TB knows best, ask me to assist him. So all along is him who liase de lor, if he sense anything wrong he should in the first place quickly settle it mah. Thats a very important factor in a co-ordinator... Ok la can say maybe not that obvious on the understanding as i am not in his shoes, that i cant really see the whole picture clearly, but if he is indeed capable, like my previous manager, he should be able to handle the whole thing very well. He shouldnt also say its noone's fault lor. how also got abeet de to the point to that he lead a communication failure. then now, i need to tell the temps that i had recruited that their job is no more available! >-<>
