"In our busy lifestyle, we often had our daily schedules packed to the max, heading off for meetings, zoomed in and out of one event to another. It seemed impossible, but try and find a little time for your loved ones -- and yourself! After all, this effort is supposed to improve your own quality of life. Remember that something outside of work exists."

Haha had a VERY FULL and Satisfying and Fantastic time at the Jap Buffet at Ikoi Jap Place at Miramar Hotel... We had a crazy time eating there and laffing and had a "fishy" time there! lolx!The servings were fresh and yummylicious!!! We had i think 8-9 servings of Sashimi, like ordered Sashimi 4 rounds each wif different type of servings. Salmon fish was mostly eaten cuz nt only the main bulk of the Sashimi is Salmon, we had Fried Karage Salmon, Salmon Soup and Salmon Sushi!! The three of us, TL JY n me, nw having Salmon Effects aka Salmon Withdrawal Syndromes! Then Besides sashimi, we ate tempuras of all sorts like mushrooms, ebis(prawns), fish(mackeral), n assorted de. Fried things beside the salmon we have chicken, ebi(again), n pork. Plus chawamushi, miso soup, tofu, etc. Imagine those fried things TL ordered 6 of each leh! then the rest is 2 each! Then still got their complimentary stuffs like the Hot pot Soup, Seafood-in-a-pot soup, salad, green peas, and a special sauced salmon(yesh salmon again!!!).

Can you all imagine how much fish n food we have consumed?!?! haha!!! Though the price is abeet steep at after all the extra charges was $35 each, i think it is still worth it considering Jap food was not cheap in the beginning, and compared to the sakae sushi and other jap restaurant this is so far the closest to real(authentic) and freshness uncomparable in sg, plus we eat more than we paid for! The atmosphere once u step in is enough to warm n prepare you up for the Jap goodies that awaits you as the whole place, by far, is the most Jap-ish i have ever been. Make you feel like you are in Jap yourself!

Too bad i didnt take any pics... If nt sure can tempt anyone reading this! hehe!!

Now let me post the highly awaited pics of the talent time at Fig n Olive restaurant on Friday 13th of July! Through the efforts we make, it was paid off as we got the Third in Place. Abeet disgruntled on the need to buy my mouthpiece cuz of the silly me forgeting to bring the other mouthpiece ruihong lent me. 80bucks liddat gone... But maybe cuz of that i got lucky in the draws to let me get a $128 facial voucher? -.-"'... Consolation price ba... but i think the $$ spent was worth more than the voucher.. lolz! Anyway generally overall it was great fun, except for the hidden motive behind it. haha!!!!
